Where I Stand

Practical priorities for Scituate

No national culture-war noise — just the issues that actually affect District 41 families, homeowners, and small businesses.

2A

Second Amendment

Rhode Islanders have a constitutional right to keep and bear arms. I'll stand against restrictions that burden law-abiding sportsmen, hunters, and homeowners instead of targeting actual criminals.

$

Taxes & Fiscal Responsibility

Rising conveyance taxes, estate taxes, and new property surcharges are hitting Scituate families and small businesses. I'll fight for fair, predictable tax policy.

Zoning & Rural Character

One-size-fits-all state housing mandates out of Providence don't belong in Scituate. I'll defend local control over zoning so our town can protect its rural character and open land.

About Lou

A neighbor before he was a candidate

Lou is a third-generation resident of Scituate and a real estate attorney licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida. He and his family made a deliberate choice to come home to Scituate to raise the next generation in the same town that raised him.

He's a father of four and a member of the Cranston Fish and Game Association. His law practice — real estate transactions, zoning and land use, tax sale law, and foreclosure — has put him on the front lines of the issues Scituate families face every day.

“Scituate's family has been part of this town for three generations. My commitment to the district is simple: leave it better than the way I found it.”
